  • What does 'verified' actually mean here?+
    Every listing passes through our verification system before going public. The tier badge tells you exactly what's been checked — ID, documents, site, or full title — and who checked it.
  • How long does verification take?+
    Tier 1 runs 24 hours. Tier 2 takes 2–3 days. Tier 3 needs 3–5 days for the site visit. Tier 4 title check packs take 7–14 days because the Land Registry work is thorough.
  • I'm buying from abroad. How does this work?+
