Land and More is a marketplace for Nigerian property: land, houses, rentals and spaces. Every listing shows which of four checks, identity, documents, site and title, have been done, and which have not.
Too much property in Nigeria still changes hands on a stranger's word.
A photocopied document. A plot you've never stood on. A deposit wired on trust. When it goes wrong, a disputed title, land sold twice, a rental that doesn't exist, the cost falls hardest on first-time buyers and on families buying from abroad.
We built Land and More to show what has been checked where there used to be promises. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it is published, carries a badge that says how far the checks went, and shows which checks have been done and which have not.

Every listing carries a tier badge: Not yet checked, ID Verified, Documents checked, Site Verified, or a full Title Check Pack. For ID Verified, our team reviews a government-issued ID, professional licence or CAC certificate the seller uploaded. The rest would need a professional: a legal practitioner's review of the paperwork, a surveyor's site visit, or a registry search. No one does those checks on listings for us today, and the badge tells you exactly what has been done.

A person reviews every listing
Our team reviews every listing before it goes live. A badge names a check only when that check is on the listing's record, and a listing with none shows Not yet checked.

Evidence, not insurance
We show you exactly what has been checked, so you can decide what to check yourself. A check is a record of what was looked at, not a guarantee we underwrite.

Serious problems are unpublished
If our team finds a serious problem with a listing, an admin unpublishes it and it leaves the site. We do not leave a warning on a live listing instead.
