Introduction
Land and More is a business of Novamore Solution Limited, registered with the CAC, RC 9713006. It (“Land and More”, “we”, “us”) operates a marketplace for Nigerian property at getlandandmore.com. This legal notice, together with the linked documents below, sets out the framework under which we offer the Platform to buyers, sellers, and agents in Nigeria and the Nigerian diaspora.
We publish listings after our team reviews them, and show on each listing which checks have been done, so buyers can make informed decisions. We do not buy, sell, or take title to the plots listed. The legal relationship between a buyer and a seller is formed off-Platform with the assistance of each party’s own legal counsel; our role ends at introducing the parties and surfacing the documents.

Regulatory compliance
Land and More is a business of Novamore Solution Limited, registered with the CAC, RC 9713006. Our operations are subject to applicable Nigerian law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022 (MLPPA), and the land-use and conveyancing frameworks set by the Land Use Act 1978, state Lands Bureaus, and the Federal Capital Territory Administration where relevant. Platform operations are subject to oversight by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) and, for anti-fraud matters, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).
Data sources
The local government areas used by the Artisans directory, their names and the centre point of each, come from the dataset Nigeria: Subnational Administrative Boundaries, prepared by the Office of the Surveyor General of the Federation (OSGOF), eHealth Africa and the United Nations Cartographic Section, and published by OCHA on the Humanitarian Data Exchange under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 IGO licence (CC BY-IGO 3.0).
We adapted it: five area names were corrected to current usage (Yewa North, Yewa South, Obio/Akpor, Ibeju-Lekki and Gbonyin). Distances in the directory are measured between the centre points of areas, never from an address.
