Co-rent
Find a home with your flatmates, and agree everything before you move in.
What it is
Sharing a home makes rent affordable, but planning it across chats and calls gets messy. Co-rent gives you and your flatmates one private place to agree a budget, shortlist homes together and contact the landlord as a group. Each of you signs with and pays the landlord directly.
How it will work
Pick the kind of home: type, state, area, total budget and move-in month.
Invite your flatmates by link or email. Each adds their share of the budget and any must-haves.
Save rentals to a shared shortlist and vote on favourites.
Send the landlord or agent one enquiry from the whole group.
Agree house rules together with a simple template: rent split, bills, chores and notice to leave. It is a starting point, not legal advice.
Sign and pay the landlord directly. Land and More never collects rent or deposits.
Stay safe
Never pay rent or a deposit to anyone before you have inspected the home and seen the landlord's proof of ownership.
What we do and do not do
Land and More helps you organise. We do not collect rent or deposits, and we are not a party to your tenancy.
Coming soon
We are building Co-rent now. It will open once it has passed our legal review. Until then, you can browse rentals.
