What it is
Many people cannot buy a plot, a house or a flat alone, so friends, family and colleagues buy together. Today that planning happens on WhatsApp, with no record, no checks and no structure. Co-own gives your group one private place to plan the purchase properly. Your group buys directly from the seller, and every member is named as a co-owner on the deed.
How it will work
Start a group from a listing. It is private and linked to that property.
Invite people you know by link or email. Only invited people can see or join.
Plan in one place: a group chat, each member's share of the price, and a checklist. The checklist covers checking the property, a site inspection, choosing a lawyer and agreeing how each of you will pay the seller.
Send the seller one enquiry from the whole group.
Each member marks when they are ready.
Sign with the seller and pay the seller directly, through your lawyer. Land and More never handles your money.
What we do and do not do
Land and More helps you organise. We do not hold money, sell shares or manage property. Get your own lawyer before you pay anyone.
